While I was working on Issac's first care package for this deployment I decided to include some Halloween goodies. Among the goodies were some of his favorite types of candy along with this adorable card in which Emma "Made" for him. The ghost was made by dipping her foot in white paint and then placing it onto the paper- much like a stamp. After that I simply outlined her foot print with a black marker and then drew a little ghost face onto it, a little generic I know, but since Issac is unable to really see just how big Emma has gotten (pictures do not always do justice to her size) I thought this would be a great way to at least give him an idea of how much her tiny feet have grown. Along with being a precious gift for her wonderful Daddy, this lovely card will make a great keep sake that can eventually be added to her "First Year" scrapbook. Just another momento from her very first Halloween and deployment!
