It is official! At the ripe old age of thirteen weeks, Emma now has a boyfriend! His name is Caden James and he is just as cute as can be! Caden and Emma are exactly one week apart so they are very close in all of their developmental milestones. Danielle (Caden’s mom) and I love talking about our little loves because they are so similar. Caden and Emma have spent time together on numerous occasions, however, this weekend at Summer’s birthday party they seemed to be much more fascinated with one another than usual. First Danielle and I decided to sit them up in front of one another to see how they would respond. They loved it! Especially my little Emma who seems to be quite the little social butterfly! She sat there starring at Caden just cooing and smiling away as if she had known him her entire life. It was interesting to hear them “Talk” to one another because they both seem to make the exact same sounds! Their favorite word being “A-gah, a-gah.” Once we realized how utterly in awe of one another they were we decided that a photo shoot was a must! We propped our little loves up against the back of the couch and went to town taking photos. After several minutes we decided it would be adorable to make them lock arms and hold hands. They did it with ease and with smiles on their faces. I especially adored Cadens “Pimp” face. One could easily see that he was very proud to have such a beautiful girl on his arm. It is clear to me that Issac and I will soon need to invest in a shotgun! I suppose that is just what comes along with having such a beautiful little girl.
