Our big baby girl has reached yet another milestone in her development! Rolling over! And by rolling over I do not mean rolling over on one or two occasions just by pure chance, I mean rolling over with purpose and doing it over and over and over again! She is a rolling machine! I cannot seem to keep the girl in any single position anymore. Every time I set her down anywhere she immediately begins trying to roll over. This rolling over business all started about a week ago. One morning, when Emma was 12 weeks old, she woke up and decided that her sole purpose in life was to learn how to roll over. She had done nothing but attempt to do so up until yesterday (8-4-10) when all of her hard work finally paid off and she was able to roll over! The look on her face was priceless, kind of like a “Whoa how did I get on my back?” The best part about her rolling over was that Issac was home to witness it. He has been doing pre-deployment training this week and has been on 12-14 hours shifts each day because of the training. Between work, school, and attempting to fit in a small amount of sleep, he has pretty much been absent from Emma and myself all week so the fact that she decided to roll over during the small window of time he had with us that day, made it that much more special!
